Foei foei foei Microsoft! We wisten natuurlijk al dat jij af en toe een fout jongetje bent en flink gebruik maakt van je dominante monopolie positie in de softwaremarkt . En ik moet echt toegeven dat het wel heel makkelijk is om lekker over het Windows bureaublad heen te racen... maar wil daarnaast ook wel even het volgende melden:
Het blijkt dat Microsoft niet duidelijk is over het gebruik van de gegevens die het verzamelt. Als gevolg daarvan of bijgevolg kunnen gebruikers namelijk geen toestemming geven om iets te accepteren of toe te staan via de Windows 10 instellingen.
En eh... dat mag natuurlijk niet in ons democratische Nederland. Want als je op een oneerlijke of illegale manier onze privacywetgeving wegneemt / beschadigt die door onze Dutch data Protection Authority (DPA) is vastgelegd... nou dan weten we je te vinden!
Het is al regelmatig behoorlijk frusterend dat je die Windows updates door onze software strot duwt waardoor ons hele computer systeem hopeloos traag en verstoort wordt. Maar tast onze vrijheid niet nog verder aan!
Gelukkig heeft het stoute knaapje Microsoft drie maanden gekregen om dit probleem op te lossen.
Dan is het daarna hopelijk weer fijn “Klik, klak, kloar!”, kunnen alle Nederlandse Windows-boeren-zonen & -dochters plus andere gebruikers wederom opgelucht adem halen èn Apple liefhebbers stoppen met binnenmonds uitlachen!
Als je daar niet op wenst te wachten dan kan i-Mania.nl jou altijd nog een piekfijn werkend Android of Linux systeem leveren. Is iedereen blij en tevreden!
Dutch privacy watchdog says windows 10 breaks Dutch law Microsoft’s new operating system windows 10 is breaking Dutch law Dutch law: The Dutch law in Netherlands is a civil law country. The DPA also published a notice Thursday stating conclusions from an August report. It found that Microsoft isn’t being clear about its use of the data it collects. As a result or accordingly users lack the ability to grant to agree to do or allow something through windows 10 settings. If Microsoft doesn’t end the violations of the country’s data protection law, then the Dutch DPA can decide to impose a official permission or approval on Microsoft the notice indicated. The DPA point is very clear in informing the users clearly about the personal data gathered by the Microsoft. Whereas Microsoft is extremely important and necessary in saying that windows 10 users should make the effort to learn about that stuff themselves by navigating a number of different data sources and in some instances pro actively locating relevant information on one of Microsoft’s large number of things webpage , such as its windows IT pro site. The French watchdog CNIL gave Microsoft 3 months to fix privacy and security issues to have been asked or ordered with French data protection law.
